$190 per 10x10 space plus $50 Insurance Fee unless you have your own insurance

     

Food Vendor Fee

$250 per 10x10 space plus $50 Insurance Fee unless you have your own insurance


Accepted Non Profits with 501 (c) 3

$100 plus insurance per 10x10 space
 

Set-up  (The Festival is two days Saturday 10/15 and Sunday 10/16)

 

  • Booth Space 10’ x 10’

  • No Electrical or Water available

  • All vendors must provide their own equipment including: tables, chairs, ez-up etc.

  • Set-up begins  on 10/15 at 7:30 am and all booths must be ready by 9:30am and Vendors can not start breakdown until 4pm Sunday

  • Security is provided overnight.  Booths may stay up overnight but closed off as much as possible for security.
  • Each booth space is numbered and your booth must be set-up in your assigned space.

  • Be prepared for rain or shine.

  • Quiet Generators are allowed.

  • We open at 10am Saturday until 5pm and again 10am Sunday til 4pm

Booth Assignments are at the discretion of the event producer and will be assigned after receipt of accepted contract and full payment. The festival reserves the right to reassign booths up to the morning of the festival. All booths will be set-up on green street. Priority is given to previous vendors.
