                       Retail Vendor Fee                          

$160 per booth plus $35 Insurance Fee unless you have your own insurance


Food Vendor Fee

$225 per booth plus $35 Insurance Fee unless you have your own insurance

Booth Assignments are at the discretion of the event producer and will be assigned after receipt of accepted contract and full payment. The festival reserves the right to reassign booths up to the morning of the festival. All booths will be set-up on green street. Priority is given to previous vendors.

Set-up  (The Festival is two days Saturday 10/13 and Sunday 10/14)


  • Booth Space 10’ x 10’

  • No Electrical or Water available

  • All vendors must provide their own equipment including: tables, chairs, ez-up etc.

  • Set-up begins  on 10/13 at 7:00 am and all booths must be ready by 9:30am

  • Each booth space is numbered and your booth must be set-up in your assigned space.

  • Be prepared for rain or shine.

  • Quiet Generators are allowed.
